When you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, selected services, and the message you voluntarily provide. We may also receive routine technical information necessary to operate and protect the site, such as browser, device, IP address and security logs, through our hosting and form providers.

Why we use the information

We use inquiry details to respond, assess service fit, provide estimates, coordinate an engagement if requested, keep appropriate business records, and prevent spam or security abuse. If a professional engagement begins, the separate engagement terms and any applicable records-handling arrangements will govern the additional documents requested.

Submitting the form authorizes us to use your information to respond to that request. It does not subscribe you to promotional email. What not to send

Do not put social insurance numbers, tax slips, bank details, account credentials, or other sensitive financial records into the public contact form. If those records become necessary, arrange an appropriate secure delivery method with Presyz first.
